Frank Riggle

Bell County and Central Texas are great places to live and work, which is why Frank Riggle chose to call it home. During his 28 years of service in the Army, Frank had the opportunity to buy and sell several investment properties and begin honing his real estate skills. He grew his rental portfolio and started two residential rental companies and an Airbnb rental business while on Active Duty. Upon retiring from the Army in 2019, after extensive travel and five deployments, Frank chose to follow his passion and focus on real estate full time in the community he had come to love.

Originally from Ohio, Frank graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Economics and received a masters degree in Organizational Leadership at Central Michigan University. His education and experience have provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing their listings. Frank recognizes and values the trust that his clients place in him and he strives every day to serve them honorably and exceed their expectations.

Frank is the exclusive listing agent for Salado Creek Builders and specializes in assisting clients in navigating the custom home building experience. He also works closely with lenders who offer VA construction loans.

Frank is a married father of six children and enjoys spending his free time with his family, hiking, following college sports, attending Baylor University football games and local Salado sporting events.
